ADR Hazardous & Explosive Transport
Our ADR-trained drivers are qualified to handle all classes of hazardous goods, including explosives under Section 5 authorisation. We move dangerous and volatile cargo with precision, backed by decades of experience in controlled logistics.
Side-Loader Container Delivery

STGO Heavy Movements
D. Perfect and Sons provide specialist STGO CAT 1 transport for abnormal, oversized and heavy indivisible loads that exceed standard UK vehicle weight limits. Operating entirely with our own fleet, experienced drivers and specialist low loader equipment, we transport construction plant, industrial machinery, steel fabrications, generators, tanks and other heavy engineering equipment safely throughout the UK.
Every movement is carefully planned to meet STGO regulations, including route assessments, axle weight calculations and transport compliance, ensuring safe and reliable delivery of specialist cargo.

Two In-House Side-Loader Units with Direct Port Access
We operate two dedicated side-loader trailers within our own fleet, giving us the ability to respond quickly without relying on external availability. This is critical for time-sensitive container movements and projects where delays are not acceptable.
Positioned in West Thurrock, we are approximately 20 minutes from London Gateway, Tilbury and Purfleet, allowing fast container collection and delivery. This reduces waiting time, improves scheduling, and keeps projects moving without unnecessary downtime.
Because all equipment, drivers, and maintenance are managed in-house, we retain full operational control. Containers can be collected from port, delivered to site, placed on the ground, and repositioned or recovered as required, all within a single managed service.
For importers, exporters, and project-based operations, this removes dependency on multiple providers and ensures a consistent, reliable approach to container handling from start to finish.
